Ok, I just need to get something off my chest, I love The A-Team. I can not get enough of B.A. Baracus (Mr. T) and Col. John "Hannibal" Smith (George Peppard). These guys were the ultimate macho guys in 80’s television. I mean, they’re no Steve Dane, mind you, but they’re still pretty cool.

That show is just one example of the number that I’ve been watching lately, trying to find out if child actor by the name of Eric Matthews played any role in the series. My hopes are high that I’ll come across his mug on my TV screen. And when I do, I’ll have a place to start looking for him.

I’ve not been able to leave my hideout in over two weeks due to an ongoing concern that MI6 Agent Vernon Timmerman is nearby, hunting for me, watching. However, Halloween is tomorrow, and that presents an opportunity for me to disguise myself and blend in quite nicely. So, with that in mind, I will finally get some fresh air and hit numerous video stores, movie archives, and old music and record stores in good spirits of finding some trace of the movie Steel Shadow or another film that Eric might have appeared in.

Has anyone ever watched DVD’s for an entire week, 14 hours a day? That’s exactly how I’ve spent my last 7 days. It seriously takes a lot of discipline, but if anyone can, it’s Steve Dane. I’ve seen so many movies and TV shows that I had to put ice packs on my DVD player for fear of combustion.

Though I saw a lot of good and bad films, I wasn’t able to find Steel Shadow, starring my son Eric Dane, or should I say Eric “Matthews”. Apparently, it’s a bit harder to get your hands on a copy. However, I haven’t given up on finding it. I’m going to search around online a bit more, see if I can’t locate someone that will send it to me.

On another note, I haven’t heard anything from MI6 Agent Vernon Timmerman. I’m starting to believe that lying low and doing nothing but watch movies was the best way to keep that hound dog off my trail. Let’s just hope all my poking around, trying to find Steel Shadow, doesn’t tip off any agents to my whereabouts.

Does anyone have a Netflix account I can use?

It was tough, but this last week I managed to venture out of my hiding hole. Thanks to my handy trench coat and matching hat disguise, I was able to visit the hospital and the local library with inconspicuous pause. I was attempting to locate medical records and newspaper clippings on my son Eric. But it turns out that most of the information was useless, as it was either completely incorrect or just plain missing, gone.

Though the records and clippings, or lack-thereof, disappointed me greatly, it did bring forth a possible lead into his whereabouts. While searching through the L. A. Times archives on a hunch, I was able to cross index his name with an old movie review. Funny that the movie happened to be a very popular film series called ‘Steel Shadow’. I vaguely remember this film. Never-the-less the name Eric Matthews appeared.

I’ve come to the conclusion that Eric might have been using an alias while pursuing an acting career when he was younger. A child actor or teenage actor no less– go figure. I’m kinda surprised that he would pursue acting. I’m not quite sure what the heck that’s all about.
Now the only thing I have to do is keep agent Timmerman and his MI6, along with the FBI off of my backside, all while searching for Eric. Just another day in the life of a Star Walker J Not a problem, this is Steve Dane here, remember?

I want to ask everyone to shift their memories to the silver screen and try to recall a child actor that could possibly be my son. In the meantime, I’m going to watch all the movies I can from the early 80’s that had child actors in it. Heck, it’s not like I can risk leaving my hideout anyway. Might as well enjoy some popcorn and a flick…make that hundreds of DVD’s.

So on that note let me ask all of you, ever hear of the name Eric Matthews?

Hey all, it’s Steve Dane here, back for just a few minutes to update everyone on my latest findings on the long search for my son Eric. Turns out that special agent Vernon Timmerman of the British M.I. 6 is the one at the lead of an apparent worldwide yet otherwise secret manhunt to find me because they do not want you to know that I’ve done nothing wrong. It’s as if those fish gut brains don’t have bad guys that need catching. Apparently agent Timmerman doesn’t know who he’s trying to find here, this is Steve Dane, remember?

Anyway, before you assume the worst. I am not afraid to say that I am a Star Walker. And since most of you won’t believe such a bold claim anyway, I don’t feel that I’m betraying any ‘code of silence’ in telling you that. I know some of you think the Star Walkers are a myth. And yet some others believe they truly exist. Whatever your position, just know that Mr. Timmerman has no legal or just cause to be trying to find me. He and others will tell you that I am a national security risk. What a joke. Timmerman goes way back with the Dane family. It has become a kind of personal vendetta with him in finding me.

I’m almost tempted to let them find me. I would like to teach them a thing or two, but that’s precisely what they don’t need to know – a thing or two about the Star Walker Ken Ju Kai. If he knew the real truth about the Star Walkers it would make his head explode!
Oh well, let them keep searching. I’m sure they won’t find me here. Although this latest detail regarding Timmerman complicates my ability to look for Eric a bit, friends, I need you all who might find or even already have information on my son Eric to please contact me here.

WOW! It certainly has been a hectic, yet exhilarating past couple weeks. I apologize for not having a blog for last week, but I was unfortunately called back into duty on September 20th and just got back last night. Well, on second thought, it wasn’t that unfortunate, because I got to smash some Grey and Dret face. Yeah I said it, un huh. Remember this is Steve Dane you’re talking to.

Also, I think the FBI along with those M.I. 6 agents might have a lock on my location. I’m trying to keep those British MI6 Detectors off my heels, so I’ll make this brief this time around, very brief.

Something strange is in the air, and I’m gonna sniff it out.

Hey everyone. Thanks for all the super helpful emails you poured into my rocketmail inbox this last week. I’m esstatic! I’m overjoyed. I am filled with love because I have felt love. I am, well… lost for more words.

I’m going to have so much trouble sifting through all of your wonderful suggestions. Your generous support in the search of my son, Eric Dane, is truly heartwarming…and if you haven’t noted my sarcasm yet, I’ll just say this: the only email I got said: “you won a trip to Hawiee.” So thanks for nothing.

Ah, but I can’t get mad at you folks. Can I? Perhaps a member of the DLD put a block on my rocketmail account and the only email that got through was that Hawieian sweepstakes spam. I’m going to run a security scan on any possible hackers and see if I don’t get any emails this next week. So please, again, anyone with information that will help me find my son Eric continue to send to SteveDane@rocketmail.com

I also wanted to say that if any of you DLD are out there in the shadows, know this: I will find Eric, and when I do, the stars will align and a great shower of fire and brimstone will rain down on you all. No longer will there be shadow, for all will be light, and you will have to face the Star Walker Ken Ju Kai with no darkness to run to and hide. This is my testiment to restore good and peace into this world. And this is Steve Dane you are talking to…or to you.

Run if you must. Test me if you dare. You are finished either way. The Dane legacy will prevail. The Ken Ju Kai will prevail. The Star Walkers will prevail. And God will prevail!

Let's take a second to remember 9/11, our fallen heroes, family and friends..........

Ok, last week I basically begged for anyone to please give me information on Eric Dane or his whereabouts. This week I remain empty handed. That’s not the response I was seeking…people.

I realize that I’ve been arrogant and cocky in the past, but I sit before you now a humbled man…I think.

I know my son is still alive and I know someone out there can give assistance to me. I don’t know, maybe you’re afraid to publicly post information on this page. However, if you know about the Star Walkers then you also know that there are certain groups of people out there who are looking for them. Some are, in reality, their enemies and so you are afraid. I can relate to that. I understand because I’ve had my own run-ins with the NSA, the CIA, the FBI and even the British MI6 for reasons I won’t discuss at this time. So, if fear is your case, then please send me an email at SteveDane@rocketmail.com . I’d greatly appreciate anything you can tell me that would lead to me finding my son Eric.

Who knows, in exchange I’d even be willing to wave my appearance fee if you would like me to show up and give a speech at your company function. I would also be open to TV or radio interviews. After all, this is Steve Dane you’d be talking to!

For those of you that refuse to help me because you fear the Dark Legion of Dominion, otherwise known as the ominous DLD, please remember these words and let them resound in your head: “We are not of those who turn back to perdition. Indeed, we are Ken Ju Kai.” So you can rest assured that my fellow Star Walkers and I will protect you from the likes of those evil minions. Besides, it’s been a while since I had a good fight…like just last week. Granted, I’m not as young as I used to be, but Steve Dane doesn’t get old…I just get better!

So there I was. I had the Hidden Eye of Fire and the Ezekiel One Total Annihilation features from my weapons array all powered up. Resting under my finger was the button that could abolish the Grey’s fighter craft, hovering just meters in front of my Enoch 3 Ken Ju Kai Fighter. And then whether it was fate or something else at play, I pushed that button with such determination and vigor that I blacked out shortly after I saw the beam from my craft hit the Grey’s.

When I came to, moments later, nothing was left of the Grey’s craft. That strange frequency I was hearing was also now gone. I didn’t bother doing another bio life scan of the area for I had to get back to EnGedi as quickly as possible. I had a deep feeling in my gut that Eric was in trouble or even worse, dead.

Pushing the limits of my E3 Fighter (as they are also sometimes called), I reached the domed city of EnGedi in classic Steve Dane fashion, and at record time I might add. After landing and getting quickly de-briefed, I immediately headed home to check on my family only to find that they were missing!

I finally found my wife at the neighbors and in quite a hysterical state. After I calmed her down, she said that three armed Dret came in the middle of the night and swiped Eric from his room. How they or other criminal types ever get pass the ESF (EnGedian Security Force) or even the few Ken Ju Kai patrols that have been stationed here, is really beyond me. The local Ken Ju Kai were notified and the entire city was put on alert to find Eric or his whereabouts. However, nothing ever came of their efforts.

To this day, I continue to search for my long lost son. Officially, he’s considered deceased. But I believe he’s still out there somewhere because of what the Great Prophets have told me about his destiny, especially the one they call The Lost Prophet Jebadiah. I can feel my son’s spirit. It is the same fire filled Ken Ju Kai spirit that lives inside me, and I will not rest until I find him…

So, it is with a woeful heart that I say, if anyone has seen or heard of Eric Dane, please contact me immediately…

Hey, sorry about last week. I’m not quite sure what happened, but my network was going batty. My SGAV (Star Guided Anti-Virus) locks down when someone, or something, attempts to crack my system. I wasn’t able to find any traces of whatever did it, but I’m fairly confident it was the Drets or the Greys.

Anyway, back to the task at hand: finishing my story from last week.

Ok, so the year was 1973. I was in my Enoch 3 Fighter, carrying precious cargo from Mocknee back to EnGedi 4. I was flying a bit too low over the hostile planet of Viron 3, when I picked up a strange frequency in my fighter craft.

Suddenly, an unidentified craft set off my space matter scanner, which was odd, considering my radar wasn’t picking up anything just moments before. Naturally, my curiosity and heightened sense of bravery kicked in, and I navigated my craft in for a closer look.

As I neared, I could see that it was a fighter craft, possibly the Greys, due to the lack of identifying markings. The frequency was louder now, but after running a quick gamma ray bio-scan of the unmarked craft, the results were inconclusive. My equipment was telling me that not a soul was on board, but that frequency and my Ken Ju Kai instinct was telling me a whole other story.

I was just about to call it in to Reneepuu Ken Ju Kai Command when eerie voices came over my ACS (audio communications system).

“Steve Dane,” the voices said.

At first I wasn’t surprised. I mean come on, everyone has heard of Steve Dane. But what was really disturbing is the fact that it sounded like six different people talking all at once!

“What’s it like to lose a son?” continued the voices.

“What? Who is this? How do you know of my son?” I replied.

“What does losing contact with your only son Eric feel like,” said the voices, “Especially when he’s the only one that can carry out that pathetic Star Walker Prophecy?”

Talking about my son wasn’t really the best strategic move for them, because I didn’t even wait around to hear the rest of what they had to say before I powered up several of my weapons from my weapons array, including the Hidden Eye of Fire and the Ezekiel One Total Annihilation features. Those two features alone leave a very nasty trail of debris. I was about to give them both barrels, so to speak…as I took careful aim-

Steve Dane here. Yeah, that’s me, the great Ken Ju Kai master.

Ya know, bein’ a Star Walker has taken me to galaxies, planets, moons, and stars that I used to only read about, but one thing I’ve never accomplished is writing a blog. But it can’t be that hard. C’mon, this is Steve Dane you’re talking to here. My great exploits have led me to slay evil enemies such as the Kiplarians, Cryoons, Greys, Drets, and even the deadly Jokia, so writing this blog is gonna be a cinch.

So where does someone as cool as myself start this baby off? How about I start with the Ken Ju Kai. Like I would start anywhere else, right?

I first learned about the Star Walker Ken Ju Kai when I was a child living with my mother in the great city of EnGedi on the planet Daybaron. I would stay up past my bedtime reading weekly newspaper articles by noted Journalist Deo Doto. These articles were always about the various Star Walker Ken Ju Kai battles fought on distant planets in far off galaxies. After finishing an article of Mr. Deo Doto’s, or “D.D.” as we all called him, I would romp around the living room with a toy Kumluckian sword and pretend I was a great Ken Ju Kai warrior.

When I was sixteen I had the opportunity to become a Star Walker, myself, and follow in the footsteps of not only my father, but also my grandfather, Professor Henry Dane, with whom I came to find out was the first Dane that started our family’s great legacy. I agreed to uphold the honor and code of the Ken Ju Kai order, and moved up in the rankings very quickly at a young age. However, that shouldn’t surprise you; this is Steve Dane you’re talking to, remember?

On January 31st of 1970, I was fortunate enough to have a son of my own – a Dane to carry out the family legacy. My wife and I chose the name Eric. It is a name that means “ever powerful’ and ‘eternal ruler’ just to name a few of the meanings. He quickly became the best thing ever to happen to me. Life was perfect.

Then on Christmas Eve 1973, my life was turned upside down.

My scheduled mission was to pick up precious cargo from the planet Mocknee and deliver it to EnGedi 4 in my Enoch 3 Fighter (the best fighter craft at the time)…

Wait a tic! I have to check my intel. I think someone’s trying to hack in to my network. I’ll finish this later…
